Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and requirements
- Design and develop scalable CRM software solutions using SaaS architecture principles

- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by clients
- Provide technical demonstrations and training to clients, ensuring smooth adoption of the CRM platform

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze user feedback for ongoing product improvement and development
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, including user guides, manuals, and FAQs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in CRM software development and implementation, preferably within a SaaS environment
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud computing principles
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team environment
